Manager Positions

Station Manager (code: STM)

• Responsible for operation and performance of TV station

Sales Manager (SLM)

• Direct responsible for all sales activities performances of TV station

Broadcast & IT Manager (BIM)

• Responsible for overseeing of all engineering and technical operations.

GENERAL QUALIFICATION:

• Male / female maximum 40 years old
• Have minimum 5 years experience in broadcasting.

PROFESSIONAL POSITIONS

Executive Producer (EP)

• Conceive, develop and produce a TV program or special production.

Producer (PR)

• Create and develop television productions.

Editor (ED)

• Edit digital content at TV station.

Graphic Design (GD)

• Concept and design television art and related to visual materials.

Audio Man (AM)

• Operate electronic audio equipment at TV Station.

Creative Development (CD)

• Create, design and develop TV programs.

Account Executive (AE)

• Sell advertising time locally, regionally or nationally for a television show.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male / Female, maximum age 35 for EP, PR, CM, ED, GD, AM, CD.
• Max age 30 for AE
• Have minimum 3 years experience in the same fields or relevant jobs.

Video Journalist (VJ)

• Operate TV cameras and report news on air

News Presenter (NP)

• Report news and introduce report on air.

News Reporter (NR)

• Gather news from various sources, analyze and prepare news and features for TV broadcast, on-air reporting.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Male / Female, max. age 27.
• Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree in any disciplines.
• Have minimum 2 years experience in the same fields or job relevant.
• Knowledgeable, good looking, have a good communication skill, passion for journalistic. Fluent in English (both oral & written), speak other language will be an advantage.

• Production, Production Support, Marketing & Sales, Technology (IT Broadcast, Engineer & Transmission)

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male / Female, max. age 27.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to work either independent or in a team.
• Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree in any disciplines or Diploma Degree in Broadcasting (preferably fresh graduates).
