Sales Event Coordinator
Responsibility:
- Manage & Monitor Acer Redemtion Counter ( Brief, Schedule, & Evaluate )
- Propose a proper venue, run down, and time estimation of the event to be
- executed to user so as to ensure the event is met user expectation as well
- as budget.
- Deal and brief with other related parties for the event program (i.e.,
- hotel, agency, EO, etc) to ensure the event execute is met user
- expectation and in line with the objective of the program.
- Prepare promotion material (BTL - banner) to ensure the execution of event
- program meet with the agreed target
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in handling event
- Male / Female maximum 28 years old
- Able to handle event in all aspect from concept, budgetting, execution and
- final report
- Able to work and manage all related third party, such EO, OOH Company.
- Detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task and prioritize in a
- fast-moving environment
- Having a good communications skills, in order to communicate all event
- details with other department
- Great and can-do attitude
