PT. Diebold Indonesia - We are a multinational company in banking industry, currently looking for qualified persons to fill the following positions :

HR Assistant Manager
Plan and coordinate the implementation process of recruitment and training in the company to ensure the fulfillment of qualified candidates and able to retain talented people through people development program in the company.


  • Responsible for selection process including but not limited to screening candidates, interviewing, assessment process and new hire orientation program
  • Ensure all recruitment policies and procedure and technique are adhered to and recommend improvement
  • Consolidating man power planning in each department and set priority according to the company hiring’s need
  • Evaluate, plan and work with line manager to analyze training need to ensure that people development plan are suitable with business strategy and priority
  • Conduct training activities and certification program as needed to improve the capabilities and performance of employees in the organization to meet with the job competencies
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training and provide appropriate support and action to ensure the benefit of training within the organization

  • Minimum education Bachelor degree from psychology/education/management
  • 3 - 5 years experience in recruitment process, managing training and development process
  • Ability to deliver training with full of confident and possess positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and people skill
  • Able to work with all level in the organization as well as able to work with little supervision

Logistic Manager
Responsible to manage all the entities involved in a logistic to ensure level of customer satisfaction meet and beyond customer expectations.

  • Managing supply, inventory management, buffer stock optimization for fulfilling part in operation team in accordance with internal needs, timely, efficient and effective ways.
  • Leverage and monitor supply chain performance and implement improvement action such as 3PL analysis, warehouse and stockist import export activities, etc
  • Establish KPI to logistic team and Depot Repair Centre to ensure the logistic function in line with business plan as well as ensure both internal and external customer satisfaction level are in priority
  • Set up logistic budget to achieve cost reduction in logistic area
  • Maintain good relationship with 3PL, forwarder, supplier and internal customer to resolve day to day operation issues
  • Providing daily, weekly and monthly report as per required by Asia Pasific region

  • Minimum education Bachelor degree from finance/accounting/Engineering
  • 5 to 10 years experience in logistic management
  • Ability to understand operation and technical information and translate the information into relevant business term and concept
  • Excellent communication skill in English
  • Excellent problem analytical and solving skill with interest to detail
  • Strong personality with ability to work under pressure and process multiple tasks as required
  • Self starter with initiative and ability to work under minimum supervision
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to work under customer’s environment and as a member of large multinational team
