Human Resources Junior Officer (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:

- Administer Payroll
- Perform & maintain data in HRIS
- Provide HR reporting (Jamsostek, headcount, absenteeism, overtime)
- Administer employee benefit (medical, uniform, pension, annual incentive plan etc.)
- Maintain document relating to personnel

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree psychology / law / administration
- Minimum 2 years of experiences in Human Resource field

Packaging Operator (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:

- Operate packaging machines.
- Perform five “S” (5 S) at packaging machine and area.
- Checking & inspecting machine trough CILT (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication and Tightening)
- Control and check all product parameters to ensure product quality within norm.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Diploma degree from industrial, mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of solid experiences in packaging beverage industry.
- Good operating Microsoft office
- Able communicate in English.
- Good knowledge & skill of continuous improvement method.
- Pro active, fast learner & good team player
