Human Resources Officer ( Code : HRO )
Responsibility :
Staffing (recruitment & administration), Employee Consoling, Training, HRIS Administration & Analysis, HRIS.
Qualification:
  • Degree in Management, Law and prefer in Psychology.
  • Having a minimum of 5 years in same the same field, having good knowledge in labor regulation.
  • Excellent in computer tools such Ms. Office, HRIS and having SAP would be advantage.
  • Able to communicate in English (oral and written).
  • Result and process oriented. Good leadership, communication, Analytical, administration skills.
Company Nurse ( Code : CN )
Responsibility :
To assist company doctor to serve medical care & treatment at company clinic for employee and family, prepare medical report and medical analysis, first aid, employee medical claim (Jamsostek).
Qualification:
  • Diploma in Nurse.
  • Holding certificate of SIP, SIK, Hyperkes (K3), first aids.
  • Minimum of 2 years in same the same field (prefer in manufacturing), having good knowledge in business process of Company Policlinic.
  • Excellent in computer tools such Ms. Office,.
  • Able to communicate in English (oral and written) would be advantage
  • Result and process oriented. Good patient serving, communication, Analytical, administration skills.
Receptionist and PA of General Manager ( Code : RPA )
Responsibility :
Front office operational, AR Administrator and as personal assistant of General Manager of Sales and Marketing such : incoming and out call, meeting & travel arrangement , travel claim, mail distribution , filling, welcoming guest and other sign duties by General Manager.
Qualification       :
  • Diploma in Public Communication, Secretary or Administration
  • Having a minimum of 1 year in same the same field.
  • Excellent in computer tools such Ms. Office and having SAP would be advantage.
  • Able to communicate in English (oral and written) and Excellent in computer tools such Microsoft Office.
  • Result and process oriented. Good communication, administration skills.
