CONTRACT MANAGER (COM - A10)
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible to manage all IT Contracts, including define Terms & Conditions on every contract and negotiate with Vendors
- You will also be responsible to do IT services & devices sourcing and do the Day to day Procurement follow up
Requirements:
- Having Bachelor degree in any major
- Having at least 5 years experience in similar function
- Having good understanding in legal terms

ASSET MANAGER (ASM - A10)
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible to manage all IT Assets and ensure its accuracy
- You will also be responsible to do Day to day asset management follow up and continuously create improvement in asset management

- Having at least 5 years experience in similar function
- Good Asset Management skill
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

ASSESSOR (ASS - A10)
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible to handle assessment project and also to administer psychological evaluation on people
Requirements:
- Having Bachelor / Master degree in Psychology
- Having 3 – 4 years experience in similar function
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good communication in English both verbal and written
BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY MANAGER (BTM - A10)
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible to give value adding to business by iniciating IT’s project that boost business, also bridging business needs and put it into IT’s solution
- You will also be an advisor for business users to define appropriate technology to be implemented in business
Requirements:
- Having Bachelor/Master degree in IT or Business Management
- Having at least 7 years experience in similar function

SENIOR AUDITOR (SAU - A10)
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible to audit financial reports / cash flow management / taxation / business process, systems and procedure
- You will also be responsible to make recommendation to relevant parties for the creation of an effective operational of the company

- Having 3 years experience in Audit
- Willing to travel around Indonesia (with high frequency).

MARKETING COMMUNICATION HEAD (MCH - A10)
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible to do all Organization Development activities

Responsibilities
- Perform need analysis, program design and development, teaching and program evaluation
- Monitor and provide guidelines for the implementation of InnovAstra program throughout Astra Group, and to ensure the improvement and innovation program run well
- Bring the latest development or best practices in knowledge management, organization development and system management
- Ensure the module meets the business needs and requirements
- Convert the new knowledge into organizational competencies
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Psychology, Business Management or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in Training and Development will be an advantage.
Accounting Staff (ACC - A09)
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for all accounting functions in the company, such as handling financial corporate consolidation report, cash flow management, taxation, or accounting systems and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Accountancy.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

EHS & SR Associate (ESR - A09)

Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing analytical business requiress requirements and development in several Microsoft Dynamics Application. He / She will also participate in business requirements modification and project management, including system analysis, system design, quality assurance and documentation. You are responsible to find the best IT solution for your user.
Requirements
- S1/S2 Degree Information Technology/ Computer Science, Information System, or Management Information.
- Having good knowledge in SQL Server 2005 programming and Web application development using .NET Platform and client script e.g. ASP, JAVA, JAVAScript, VBScript, HTML, XML.
- Ready to be assigned at any region in Indonesia.
MT Finance (MT.FA - A09)
Responsibilities
- Your main responsibility is to handle finance & administration operations, manage personnel and general affair issues and play a supportive function as a partner for sales, service and parts head in our branches. You will monitor and control the whole finance and administration process.

Responsibilities
- Auditor – Management Trainee is a development program in auditing field which certified by audit competencies, that in line with the objective of Internal Audit Astra Group. (operational audit, financial audit and IT audit). You will be develop become a credible Auditor which certified by audit competencies through variety programs in class and on the job training within 12 months of the program (basic ASTRA values and business process, basic finance, accounting and tax, basic auditing, general IT auditor, and various soft skill training). You will be prepared and trained to be our future leader in Internal Audit division in variety companies of Astra Group.
