Customer Care Frontline (CCF) (Jawa Barat - Bogor - Narogong Plant)
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor degree from any discipline from reputable university
Experience:
  • At least 1 in Customer Service or Call Center
  • Has experience in Hospitality industries, Airlines, Telco or Banking
  • Has an excellence communication skill
  • Able to complaint handling
  • Team player person and enjoy teamwork
  • Willing to work shift
Computer literacy: MS Office and Call Center applications would be an advantage
Language: Good communication skills in Bahasa and English ( oral and written )
