HR Executive
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will be responsible to coordinate and administer day-to-day
- HR activities and programs, and to support HR Manager in developing and
- implementing HR policies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Psychology
- At least 3 years related experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry
- Good understanding of Indonesian manpower laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong personal integrity
- Able to work independently and in a team with good time management and attention to details
- Proficient in English and MS Office
