PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (PMT)

Management development program which is designed as an early career path for graduates wishing to become a professional manager in property management. Possesses good communications and interpersonal skills, strong leadership, self-motivated and a team player. Minimum 1 year experience, preferably with a background in Architecture or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil).

Required Qualifications:

• Male/Female, max 30 years old
• Positive “can-do” attitude.
• Commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Minimum S1 Degrees with GPA 3.0 or higher from reputable universities

SALES EXECUTIVE (SE-Res)

For Luxury Residential Town House in Central Jakarta

Ability to  identify business opportunities, accessibility to high net worth individuals and build strong customer relationships, as well as applying product knowledge, understanding property market and business trends to meet assigned targets and performance expectations. Proactive and assertive, with advanced interpersonal, communication, and negotiation capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Male/Female, max 30 years old
• Have experience in property sales is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Highly motivated and aggressive, independent, honest, pleasant personalities and good appearance.
• Positive “can-do” attitude.
• Commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Willing to work on weekends
• Familiar with Central and North Jakarta area
• Fully high commission based income (no base salary)
