National Key Account Manager (NKAM)
Job Description:

• Constructing and supervising Key Account Manager’s (KAM) activity and distributing sales activities.
• Evaluating and analyzing effective sales including the expense ratio. Providing the right suggestion and direction to KAM.
• Evaluating and managing the usage of sales/promotion expense according to the budget
• Evaluating and managing “account receivable” by observing the sales trends
• Coordinating with all division, e.g. Logistic, Accounting & Finance, HR
• Creating and determining short term and long term sales strategy

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree ( S1 ) from any discipline
• Minimum 5  years experience in the same position within FMCG Companies
• Expertise in managing customers, know the customer character, potential customer, strength of customer capital and able to create and maintain relationship with all customers
• Good understanding of the FMCG business
• Strong analytical skills
• Able to take decision and strong problem solving
• Strong leadership and negotiations skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ready to work in any location within Indonesia

Key Account Manager
REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from any discipline
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position within FMCG Companies
• Expertise in managing customers, know the customer character, potential customer, strength of customer capital and able to create and maintain relationship with all customers
• Good understanding of the FMCG business
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong leadership and negotiations skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ready to work in any location within Indonesia
