PT Borneo Alam Semesta - Our company is a fast growing mining contracting company seeking suitably  qualified and experienced personnel for the following positions :

Sr. Geologist (Code: SR)
Job Description :

• Conduct mapping and sampling qualities, quantities, etc of coal seams.
• Provide detailed report and documentation (including photos and drawing where applicable)
• Plan detailed exploration of the coal concession.
• Plan and direct early stage exploration activities. Oversee all aspects related to exploration of the Company s projects including land management, data management and maintenance of technical standards

Requirements :

• S1 degree Geological engineering
• Minimum 10 years experience as Geologist in mining project.
• Hold the POP / POM license
• Able to used auto cad and other software mapping
• Should have geological concepts and exploration concepts
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
• Able to work under pressure
• High regard to safe work practices
• Site based Position (Kalimantan)

Project Manager (Code: PM)
Job Description :

• Management and coordination of the project activities.
• Managing Production Target.
• Develop budget forecasting and develop strategies to reduce cost.
• Compile and control the project budget.
• Develop project report.
• Control the daily expenditure/cost of the project agains budget.

Requirements :

• S1 degree Mining.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Project Manager or 3 years experience in mining project at superintendent level.
• Hold the POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya) license
• Computer literate
• Energetic, honest, integrity
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
• Able to work under pressure
• High regard to safe work practices
• Site based Position (Kalimantan)

Mining Superintendent (Code: MS)
Job Description :

• To co-ordinate all senior supervisors and supervisors in the workplace of the removal of overburden/inter burden in a safe, effective manner on time and within budget in a designated area
• To coach and lead supervision in their roles
• To lead, organize and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q, outcomes and the business results

Requirements :

• High School graduate or S1 degree Mining.
• Minimum 3 years experience as Mining superintendent or 5 years experience in mining project at supervisor level.
• Hold the POP license
• Computer literate
• Energetic, honest, integrity
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
• Able to work under pressure
• High regard to safe work practices
• Site based Position (Kalimantan)
