Having a dynamic and vigorous Sales and Marketing team, we manage to sustain and develop portfolio of Sales & Marketing activities to become one of significant players in fast moving consumer goods, particularly in Beverage commerce, Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia - National Office is inviting the right candidate to fill in the position :

DEMAND PLANNING ANALYST (CONTRACT BASED)
As Demand Planning Analyst , the incumbent will be responsible to facilitate collaboration internally and externally to determine demand requirements and communicate demand for Food store and NPD.

Your scope of responsibilities would cover also the following :

• Generating and managing Demand Planning process: Statistical Modeling, Causal Forecasting, Market Intelligence
• Building strong working relationship with Food store and NPD sales and marketing teams: coordinate quality and timely inputs into Demand Plan
• Facilitating weekly and monthly Demand Plan Consensus process and escalate issues via Sales and Operations Planning process
• Communicating consensus Demand Plan and associated assumptions and risks to Supply Planning and wider Sales and Operations Planning process
• Preparing and analyzing demand plan reports (KPIs and exception reporting) – identify relevant actions
• To identify and manage demand risks and opportunities
• Complying with and promoting the requirements of the CCAI OH&S policy, and other related policies, procedures, rules and instructions.
• Continuously improving and maintaining the skills and knowledge related to competent job performance Achievement of team goals by actively taking part and contributing in a collaborative environment
• Demonstrating support and application of the CCAI Values within the work environment

To be successfull in taking the aforementioned challenges, you are expected to present the following qualifications:

• Posses minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in related major from well-known institution
• Excellent communications skill both verbal and written in English and Bahasa.
• Understanding of key supply chain concepts (e.g. inventory concepts, key replenishment parameters, capacity constraints, etc)
• Good Understanding with statistical Forecasting techniques and Demand Planning process for new products
• Strong Analytical skills (Reporting, Data Analysis)
• Well developed communication skills (oral, written, presentation) and able to deal effectively with different levels of staff up to and including Board of Directors
• Highly motivated, independent and able to lead a strong team
• Willing to be hired for contract base
