MEC Coal - MEC (Minerals. Energy. Commodities), in partnership with the government of Ras Al Khaimah, have established MEC Coal to develop one of the largest green field coal mines in Asia, located in East Kalimantan Province of Indonesia. MEC Coal, through its Indonesian subsidiary PT Tekno Orbit Persada, has thermal coal resources of Approx 1.5 - 2 billion MT with an upward potential of an additional 2 billion MT within East Kutai regency of East Kalimantan province.
Health and Public Health Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Coordination with Health Dept in Prov and District
- Coordination with Community health post management
- baseline survey/study preparation, leading with third party
- Coordination with community and community leader
- Assessment of health facilities
- Supporting Health dept in district in standardization of service
- Managing mobile clinic
- Work closely with other agency who implement health program
- Graduate from medical faculty (S1+) and have been pass the field work (PTT)
- Minimum 5 years experience on Health and Public Health
- Familiar and have been running HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria and nutrition program
- Familiar and have been running Water, Sanitation and hygiene program
- Have a good knowledge on program cycle management
- Experience in managing team
- Experience on Baseline survey/study: design, implementation, data analysis, reporting and coaching
- Strong knowledge on Information Education Communication (IEC) material development
- Strong on facilitation and community mobilization skill
- Familiar and have been implement National and International Standard on health and public health
- English is require
- Dayak languages is a plus
Education officer
Responsibilities:
- Together with Education coordinator assesing the need of Education program
- Together with Education coordinator develop program
- Socialize program to community
- Day to day implement, monitoring and evaluate program including bus school
- Degree in Education or social science (S1)
- Minimum 5 years experience related to position
- Strong on advocacy and negotiation skill
- Strong on facilitation and community mobilization skill
- Familiar with education regulation and standard
- Familiar with Microsoft office (word, excel and power point)
- English and Dayak languages are Plus
Environmental/ Sanitary Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Coordination with Health and Public work Dept in District
- Coordination with Community health post management
- Coordination with community and community leader
- Assessment toll development on Water and Sanitation (WatSan)
- Facilitate the training for community, WatSan committee
- Degree in Environmental/ sanitary engineer (S1)
- Minimum 5 years experience related to position
- Working experience on water supply system both urban and rural
- Working experience on Sanitation system both urban and rural
- Have an experience on renewable energy program
- Familiar with AutoCAD and Epanet and Detail Engineering Design
- Familiar with SNI and International Water and Sanitation Standard
- Strong on facilitation and community mobilization skill
- English and Dayak languages are Plus
