Volcom, Inc. is an American clothing manufacturer and owner of Volcom Entertainment. Based in Costa Mesa, California, it was founded in 1991 by Richard "Wooly" Woolcott and Tucker "T-Dawg" Hall.[1] The company caters to the surfing, skateboarding and snowboarding markets, born out of the founders' own experiences with these sports. In April 2005, the Company changed its name to Volcom, Inc. On June 29, 2005, Volcom Inc. made an initial public offering on NASDAQ, pricing 4.69 million shares at $19 a share and raising $89 million. The underwriters of the IPO were Wachovia Securities, D.A. Davidson and Piper Jaffray.

Volcom is known for its elaborate uses of the "stone" logo pictured on the right and its slogan "Youth Against Establishment". It is also involved in a campaign that it calls "Let the Kids Ride Free".

PT Volcom Indonesia is currently seeking to expand our team with the following qualifications:

IT Supervisor (Bali)
Requirements:

• Min. Diploma 3 in IT/Comp. Science/Tehnik Informatics, with at least 1 years working exp in similar position
• Good at problem analysis & troubleshooting, experienced with PC/Server Env, SW, HW
• Good understanding of LAN Support, sys. VFP Prog/VB/DELPHI, Win. Opr. System, Database & SQL, Web Design
• Interpersonal & leadership skills, strong character, ready to work under pressure and Honest
• Male/Female
• Age 25 - 30 yrs
• Willing to be based in Bali & willing to travel outside of Bali (if needed)

IT Staff (Bali)
Requirements:

• Female
• Age 20 - 25 yrs
• Min. Diploma 3 in IT/Comp. Science/Tehnik Informatics, with at least 1 years working exp in similar position
• Good at problem analysis & troubleshooting, experienced with PC/Server Env, SW, HW
• Good understanding of LAN Support, sys. VFP Prog/VB/DELPHI, Win. Opr. System, Database & SQL, Web Design
• Interpersonal & leadership skills, strong character, ready to work under pressure and Honest
• Willing to be based in Bali

HRD Staff (Bali)
Requirements:

• Min. D3 Manajemen/SDM from reputable university
• Minimum 2 yrs working experience in the same or similar industry
• Knowledgeable in all areas of HR processes
• Comp. literate, Well-organized, systematic & hardworking, Good Team work, Excellent Communication
• Male, age 22–26 yrs
• Interpersonal & leadership skills, strong character, ready to work under pressure and Honest
• Willing to be based in Bali
