- Male, single, age max. 27 year old (Dec 2010)
- Min. undergraduate (D3) in Chemical / Mechanical Engineer from reputable university
- Fresh Graduate or 1 year experience in industrial field
- GPA min 2.75 (scale 4.0)
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Has a strong leadership skills
- Has a good communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to work in individual or in team
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to be placed in all our operational units (Indonesia & Abroad)
