Thermal & Grinding Process Technology Engineer - Jawa Barat - Narogong
Responsibilities : The incumbent will be responsible to make process evalution, especially on thermal & grinding process technology of HIL business, to apply common mechanical/process standards/specifications that have been established by engineering management as well as to manage small projects in HIL business related to thermal& grinding process technology

Requirements

• Education: university degree from Chemical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering
• Experience: 1 year in current position, 5-7 year in continuous process/cemical industry, preferable in cement or 5-7 years in process engineering consultancy for process/chemical industry
• Computer literacy: Microsoft office, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Project
• Language: Good command of English, both oral & written
• Other qualification / skills:

• Understand of cement production process
• Leadership - ability to direct and lead other engineers/tecnicians from other departments/directorates as well as contractors in the project under his management
• Understand of technical (mechanical/process) drawings
• Good technical report writing
• Good communication, personal & interpersonal skills

Railway Team Leader - Cilacap
Scope of Works
This position exists to manage the delivery cement by train to warehouses from loading process, on the way to warehouse until arrival at warehouses is running well, secure, good quality and quantity, to keep warehouses stock cement availability, while coordinate relevant operational and PT KAI (Daop IV, V, VI) to ensure customer satisfaction with efficient operational cost. This function also manage the task force meeting for improvement between Logistic, PT KAI (Daop IV, V, VI), Warehouses and Production Dept and including ISO and Rail Way Maintenance.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma all major
• Experience:

• Good understanding on rail operation, min. 3 years work experience 
• Good understanding on dispatching process from wagon loading point (packhouse) until delivery to the customer (warehouses), min. 3 years work experience 
• Good understanding on relevant Holcim standard for logistic operation, such as Holcim brand (and its image), ISO, dispatch process; min. 3 year work experience

• Computer literacy: Microsoft office, Lotus Notes and SAP User
• Language: Good command of English, both oral & written
• Other qualification/ skills :

• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Leadership skills
• Good problem solving skills.
• A good understanding of the cement distributions
