FIELD TRAINING OFFICER
Main Responsibility:
Working as a partner to our Area Sales Manager in executing and monitoring the implementation of both technical and soft skills training for all Professional Sales Representative
Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Graduated from reputable university
- Having at least 2 years experience as Medical Representative, preferably in multinational company
- Experience as a trainer in pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage
- High achiever, pleasant, good interpersonal skill, excellent communication and team player
- Quick Learner
- English and Computer Literacy
- Shows Leadership Capability
- Good Communication Skills (Facilitation, Negotiation and Presentation)
- Willing to travel and to be stationed throughout in Indonesia
